Has this bin got a plastic inner bin?

Yes ..it lifts out...I use the brabantia liners. .they are a perfect fit. .very strong.Using them keeps the inner bin clean.

Do you have to use Brabantia bags with the Brabantia bins?

of course not - Sainsbury's sell the same size and much cheaper ;-)

I have just ordered a brabantia pedal bin newicon with plastic inner bucket, 30 litre. there are so many g bags, which are the right ones?

It should say online what capacity the bags are intended for: look for "30 litre". But you don't have to buy Brabantia bags- any supermarket bags for 30 litre pedal bins will work :just wind the extra plastic of the bag around the top of the inner bucket.
