Great B vitamins, super potent, I found half a dose after food in the morning better than late in the day.

Just taken one tablet for the first time and my urine is luminous yellow. Apparently this can happen by taking an excess of b vitamins. Just to give you the heads up as it gives you a stir when you see the colour

I purchase this regularly because it is such a great product, however they have changed their bottle shape and design, so they need to update it here.There is a minor change as there is no longer any L-Glycine present. The customer services were really amazing and also explained the change in one of the elements used in the B12 which has a different name, is actually the same thing according to Biocare; their nutritionist who assured me that the type of B12 in the older packaging called:5-Deoxyadenosylcobalamin, is the exact same thing as what is now present into the newly packaged product, labelled as; Adenosylcobalamin.I was really concerned I didnt have a kosher product, so was relieved to have them confirm it, however the picture here needs updating to assure people that what they are buying, is what they're getting.
