Helps With Heel Pain
After an ill-fated attempt to wear some Brooks shoes while running, I developed heel pain/PF in my left foot (a foot that had previously never bothered me). I bought PF inserts, and arch support slippers, but was still getting pain while getting up from the chair or from bed in the morning. After reading other reviews, I decided to gamble on this brace to use at night. The results have been pretty good. It's chunky, and hard to wear it all night, but it does help. Where it really helps for me is actually when I'm in the recliner. I'll sit down, elevate my leg, and put the brace on while watching TV, etc. It works a treat--to the point that I feel I'm naturally not pointing my toes in bed as much as before when the brace is off. The size is fine; I'm a size, and I feel that there's plenty of room for a larger foot. There are several adjustment points. As said, the build is chunky, but it's lightweight while still feeling sturdy. I'm starting to try to wean myself off using it all the time, but it's definitely worth having about.

Amazing results
Amazing. I can actually put my weight on my foot with plantar fasciitis first thing in the morning. No longer absolute agony.I gradually built up the length of time wear it as it is uncomfortable to start with and quite painfulI can now wear it most of the night. After a week of wearing, still using ice and exercise the plantar feels like it’s finally on the mend.I’ve given a four star as some of the stitching on the Velcro came away and the straps could be made with a softer material.

Requires patience and persistence but worth it in the end
Has helped significantly with the PF in my left foot. Helps by keeping the tendons stretched which relieves the pain. Now able to put my foot down without feeling like I'm stepping on a plug!!I agree that it can be uncomfortable to use and it took me a while to build up to being able to sleep whilst wearing it. Started off by wearing it whenever I sat down for a while e.g. whilst watching TV in the evenings. Over time I got used to having it on and can now sleep quite well with it on. Had to adjust my sleeping position as I sleep on my side and can't now have one leg resting on the other while wearing the splint. Got around this by having my lower leg slightly in front with the other leg bent to the rear with a small cushion resting under my knee.I recommend persisting with the splint and building up to sleeping whilst wearing it. The longer I wear it the longer the benefit. From all the research I've done I know that PF is difficult to treat and that this may not be a long term fix but it has improved my symptoms in the short term. Anyone who suffers with PF knows that any improvement can make a huge difference to their life. In fact I have just ordered a second one to treat my other foot which wasn't as bad but hopefully will make even more of a difference. Also quite a reasonable price and quick delivery. All in all really good product that does what it is supposed too.Additional benefit : useful for "accidently" kicking a snoring husband in the middle of the night!!!

Fitted on comfortably and straps are adjustable. Tried for first time last night. Didn’t keep it on all night. Too early to tell whether it is effective and reduces pain, but hopeful.

Definate improvement.
I have developed Plantar Fasciitis from a combination of standing all day at work and taking up running to try and get a bit fitter.I wake up in the morning unable to put my feet flat on the floor because the pain is terrible.I bought two splints as I was starting to get pain in both feet and even though I have only had them a week I can feel a definite improvement. They are easy to put on and adjust to fit with strong clips and velcro fastenings. There is a wedge under your toes at the front of the boot which i moved slightly backwards to lift my toes up more and so increase the stretch.I can not wear them all night yet, I am building up to that, so I usually put them on after my shower on a night for about an hour and then for an hour before I get up in the morning.Being able to walk without so much pain in the morning is such a relief.By the end of my day at work my feet hurt again but i know i can put the splints on when i get home and whilst at the moment it has not completely fixed the problem i can honestly say it is getting better.

It really does work if you suffer with Plantar fasciitis
I ordered this to help with my, very painful & seemed to be getting worse, Plantar fasciitis. The pain was shooting up through my ankle, especially first thing in the morning and/or when I'd been sitting for a while. I'd looked on YouTube at a couple of videos (Bob & Brad) which explained why the pain was so bad in the mornings & they recommended wearing a night splint boot. Wow, if only I knew what difference it was going to make I'd have bought one weeks ago. The first night I couldn't wear it all night as woke up with a pain in the ball of my foot but even then there was a massive difference in the morning. On the second night I took out the wedge which is positioned under the toes, I slept all night & was amazed again that I woke up pretty much pain free. I must admit that it's not the most comfiest thing to be wearing in bed but it really wasn't as bad as I thought it would be & I didn't stop me sleeping. I would definitely recommend this product for PF.
