Complete joke of a product, embarrassing that Amazon sells it
It arrives in a shrink wrapped sleeve. Then you open it and it doesn't change from being basically a stack of thin pancakes. The pictures in the advertising are a complete lie, the cuts and the size of the foam is nothing like what they send. They tell you then to soak each sleeve with water and then blow dry it, but soaking it does nothing to lift the foam. Also the foam is discolored, not pure white. Some panels are white and some are yellowish on the edge. Also, several of the panels are very thin and despite being filled with water won't expand because there is nothing to expand. Worst product I have ever purchased on Amazon. Don't. Just don't.

White Acoustic Panels
Pretty good quality, shipping was fast, easy to install, perfect for sound reduction or studio needs or just quieting/dampening a room of excess sound if needed. A great price for what ya get. They come super compressed but they'll expand back to normal in a couple days or so. Squishing em with your hands and/or setting them in the sun or somewhere warm helps the process a bit.

I can’t believe Amazon is selling this garbage.
Horrible product. Low quality. Not as picture. Not as described. Thin, even after it expands a bit from the vacuum sealing. Horribly ineffective. Someone is taking advantage of everyone who buys this garbage. You’d be better off using any foam you get as packaging for other items, it would probably work better. I literally have nothing good to say about this product, other than THANK GOODNESS Amazon has a return policy.

Does the job, but the white yellows rapidly.
A warning: the white version of this product will yellow within a few months, and it'll look like you've been smoking cigarettes around it. I chose white in an effort to keep my home studio lighter and brighter, but it backfired... at some point I'll replace these with black foam panels because it's become a pretty unattractive shade. The foam works for sound absorption, although some packages arrived with one side compressed to a point that the foam would not expand evenly. It sticks pretty well to the Bakulala double-sided adhesive squares (also purchased on Amazon).

How to reconstitute these panels when they arrive flat
I understand why they ship these flattened with the air removed, because once they are fluffed back up they get very large and the shipping costs would be extravagant. That said, it does require a little work to bring them back to fullness. After removing the packaging, peel the squished-together layers of foam apart. Dunk them in a bucket or sink full of WARM water, squeezing and massaging them under the water, taking them out and squeezing the water out, etc repeatedly until they fluff back up. Squeeze them as dry as possible, then tumble in a LOW HEAT clothes dryer for 15 minutes, and after that either air dry them in a room of your house or put the dryer on NO HEAT/ AIR DRY setting and keep them tumbling until they are done. I just got them today and they look okay for now, after getting the above treatment. If something happens in the future I can post another review.

Flimsy, thin and no adhesive.
so thin and squished. I didn't even use these. They would look crazy on the wall. Can't speak to usage. No adhesive and I cant even think of how I would get these up.

Does the trick
This must be effective since my tenant isn't complaining about noise anymore. I used the double-sided tape (not included) and installed about 3 feet above floor level. They look nice installed as pictured and appear to be durable. I planned to get another set to increase the size if my tenant complained but so far not needed to increase the size, but the size seems perfect.

Meh 😒
First, it doesn't work at all. The product is thinner than the advertising photos. Literally no sound was absorbed or reflected. Second, it turned yellow within two days. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PURCHASE

Me patece vergonzoso pagar 48 euros por devolver este pedido que no corresponde a lo que ofrecen en la descripción

The allure of a bargain led me to purchase the "Heavyoff 12 Pack Acoustic Foam Panels," a decision I quickly regretted. Promoted for their high-density material and soundproofing capabilities, the reality was a stark contrast—thin, flat panels that bore little resemblance to their advertised effectiveness or aesthetic appeal. Upon unboxing, the deficiency in quality was apparent. The panels, far from the promised 2-inch thickness, were disappointingly flat, undermining any potential for sound absorption or noise reduction. This significant discrepancy highlighted a futile investment; installing them seemed pointless, given their inability to fulfill their primary function. The product's visual appeal, described as "Fashionable," was equally misleading. Their lackluster appearance and deviation from the described pyramid design made them more of an eyesore than a stylish addition to my space. Reflecting on the purchase, the low price should have been a warning sign. This impulse buy, driven by the appeal of a seemingly good deal, served as a stark reminder of the old adage, "You get what you pay for." The experience underscores the importance of thorough research and skepticism towards deals that appear too good to be true, especially when it comes to products where quality is paramount.

First this kind of Acoustic foam is just a normal household foams not professional material. I bought 72 pcs for my 350 sqft music listen room the result was not my expected but it did improved some . I think if these foams can make bigger and longer sizes, the sound absorbent will be stronger.
