CISSP: Certified Ethical Hacker Version 9 Study Guide

Ok, this book is in no way perfect! But... if you take the time and read it, it will certainly help you a great deal with the CEH exam. There are a few mistakes in there but nothing that will result in you failing the exam. In fact, you'll probably spot the mistakes anyway.

Great guide to v9 of the CEH but does have some repeating sections from the v8 book.

It gives you some sort of insight of the information you should know, but some of it is inaccurate - like saying CTRL + ALT + DELETE automatically locks a Windows computer. Some of the example commands for tools are outdated - like wpscan which no longer requires ruby command to run the script. But besides that, it's good as a guide.

Well written, a detailed introduction to the field

It's a good book but doesn't cover everything for v9. 2 chapters into Matt Walker All-in-one has done a better job at explains the concept

Book is fine. However the practice tests are not available on Sybex as the website no longer exists. Bit disappointed with that.[...]
