People are complaining about this being a placebo and all. Folks, this is a herbal/ayurvedic medicine. It's not going to be as strong as one of those allopathic sleep pills. It's mild but it works.For me, it solved (temporarily) my terrible insomnia. I stopped the anti-depressants because of these.This and green tea helped the most. Diet and workout are obviously very important as well.

Worst product.....I am facing hair loss... headache.....body pain ...chest pain.....I don't believe Amazon is paying such a worst product.....shame on you Amazon.....I can die with this tablet
