Bought this to repair a leaking gutter connection seal and it has so far worked a treat. It's thick and sticky, so stir before use and apply with an old brush. Rained a couple of days later and no dripping to be seen, after a month or so still holding up. Great for a quick and simple sealing of joints or small holes.

Used to fix a leaky patch on my flat roof. It has worked in the short term, but I have noticed the dried coat is very easy to crack. However, after applying 5 coats and the crack propagation has pretty much stopped. Good value for money in my eyes. Make sure to mix well and be sure to apply a few coats.

I'd previously used flashband on flat roof cracks and other repairs. There was quite a bit of messing about and it never felt like a lasting solution.This stuff is great!Easy to apply, goes on nice and thick, easy to work in tricky places (where flashband would be impossible), and can go onto all sorts of surfaces.Many leaks now repaired with this, and all seem to be lasting well.

This product is absolutely brilliant, I have used it for many jobs over the years, more recently to seal around roof fixing bolts, where the rubber washers were deteriorated. Clean the area first, dry off and apply, seriously, it’s that easy !

Really solid product - saved me a lot of £££, I DIY'd it instead of paying someone to do it. Really easy.

This is good 'stuff' used it before but unfortunately the tin lid had sprung despite the extra clips used and some of the content had leaked into the plastic bag of which it was enclosed thankfully. I had left the package, unopened, in my lounge. Heaven knows what damage may have been done was it not for the plastic bag. Anyway this is a good product and does what it says on the tin.

I hadn't used this product before but got on to it by recommendation from an established roofer. It was easy to order and when it came it was super easy to use. The assurances on the tin lead me to believe that it will do the job of sealing some areas of roof flashings that leaked during the recent storm. Time will tell but the signs are good so far.
