HALO Iced Caramel Latte - Energy Drink Powder – Healthy Coffee Mix for Hydration with Electrolytes, Caffeine, Vitamins and Minerals - 20 Calories - Keto and Low Calorie - 1 x 12 Sticks

I wrote a review on the 6-pack That’s pretty comprehensive. See it pasted below. I was quite pleasantly surprised - to say the least. Tastes just like Dunkin’ and Starbucks but has the lots electrolytes and only like 20 calories. Good treat during the day (multiple times lol) ———- Ummmm excuse the language and my excitement, however I’m kind of in a state of shock at the difference between my expectations (what is this product?) and reality (I’ll have 2-3 a day please!) So the halo folks have some hydration products. I buy their electrolyte powders (pink lem and peach are my favorites). A friend told me they created a “coffee/latte” - which i couldn’t really comprehend because 1) doesn’t coffee de-hydrate you? (It doesn’t apparently, after i searched online) And 2) like how does one even of that?! So i got my delivery and combined it with 10oz cold water (nothing else, no milk nada) And they say it’s not yet formulated for hot water. I reall Wasn’t sure what to expect - and well…i was basically drinking an iced caramel latte from st*rbu*cks…it tastes just like that. But halo has 1g of sugar and 20 calories (like all stA*rb*cks consumers i pretend their nutritional info isn’t available haha) Interestingly they have the vegan creamer in the packets already (so it saved me a step). I’m also a low sugar nut, so the 1g of sugar is very important to me… Here we go… I can say the taste was amazing, the coffee is the smoother type (not the harsh strong tough to drink type), and i didn’t have any caffeine crash (i wonder if that’s the electrolyte?), the color is a…caramel..color just like one would expect. I drink it first thing in the morning instead of my latte now and also took it with me on a hike (works just fine and there is zero after taste). I like the very portable (sustainable) nature of it also (how many trees or ocean fish have my lattes killed?). What a great aroma - so fresh and caramel (I’ve never thought of buying a drink for its aroma…) If i had one small gripe it would be that i had to stir it really like 6 or 7 times. But ya, i give it an A+ it’s way better than anything else - “hydrating latte” (love it actually - makes me want to have 2). I kind of love paying only $2 for my latte (vs my whole paycheck at my Local barista haha) and feel like I’m getting coffee , latte and electrolytes (but it taste just like my regular iced latte). I felt good about that Halo folks: pumpkin spice flavor next pleaee!

I exercise routinely and have a hard time staying hydrated because I do not like plain water. I am always carrying around some type of hydration packet to put inside my water. I came across Halo a couple years ago and fell in love with their lemonade and peach flavored hydration drinks, so I decided to stock up on some powder packets on amazon. Here is where I learned about their new hydrating lattes???? This is a real game changer for me. I love drinking coffee drinks but must limit myself for a few reasons - 1) the fat/calories from milk 2) my lactose-intolerance 3) its de-hydrating effects. The Halo instant lattes provide me with all the flavor, pick-me-up and hydration I need during the day AND evening, so that I am feeling refreshed instead of sluggish and flat. Even better - I save money by not purchasing the mid-day and late afternoon coffee shop lattes! I can see this product replacing my morning coffee (in warmer months) and the caramel latte flavor may even help to curb my evening snack cravings! Bottom line - it's a game changer. I hope the 'hydrating latte' concept will come to Starbucks and local coffee shops soon!

The only issue is the mixing You need to mix it up with warm water so it mixes up completely which is ok if you’re near hot water otherwise I’m sure I would not like it as much. But I like the taste and the nutrients. I mix mine with half water half coconut milk mostly. And I drink it iced maybe that’s my issue since I don’t drink hot coffee 🤷🏻‍♀️😆

This was my Go-TO Bfast pick me up, wake up, TAKE ON THE DAY, SOAR drink....but they're IMPOSSIBLE to find now...I get addicted & POOF ...they're gone ...I drank Maxwell house iced coffee for over 20 years and they discontinued theirs too...the low sugar, low carb is a treasure hunt. I'm back on it ...🫣😭😭😭 Groaning...tap head against wall here.

I gave this a try because of the other glowing reviews. Nope. Doesn't taste like an iced coffee. Doesn't even taste like a watered down iced coffee. Not the tasty little beverages that the others have said. I couldn't finish it. I may mix a little into an actual iced coffee or a protein shake for the extra electrolytes but otherwise it is icky by itself. Wish I bought the smaller pack.

At first it tastes really yummy. Then all of a sudden you get an artificial sweeten after taste.

First off, kudos to HALO for making actual tear-open packaging you can tear open neatly with your fingers! Digging out a knife or scissors when you're in the back country with minimal supplies, is a genuine pain. Second... mixed as directed, this is delish! And it can be easily and completely mixed using a shaker blender. You don't need a frother/mixer. I was using 2 packets at a time with ~20 oz water. Oh, and THIRD...it can be made with hot water!
