Pros: it helps with anxiety. It keeps me calm and cool like a cucumber. It also improves my sleep quality despite having horrible sleep apnea due to a failed septoplasty. Cons: I feel drowsy even 24 hrs after taking them which is both a pro and a con. Overall: I love them, I take 2 or 3 for maximum effect

This supplement is a constant reorder. The potency of the product is noticeable. It has been one of the only brands that a change has been noticed. The calming effect isn’t noticed at first because it’s very gradual. But you do notice a change when you run out of it!
