Amazing
I think I'm the first reviewer. I forced my dad to pre-order this along with the Blood of Olympus and I think it was money well spent. This is in Percy's narration which is something a lot of us missed from the Percy Jackson and The Olympians. In this book we have Percy giving us a rundown on the Twelve Olympians and a few others. It's insightful and Percy modernised conversation and parts of the story's making it easier to understand along with Percy General wit it makes a great read. One thing is that it mentions Piper which automatically sparks questions wether or not this is set before or after the Giants war.I really enjoyed it and highlighted so many parts I lost count. Buy it. Everybody. A good thing to pit you at ease from waiting for BoO. (Unless you read the sneak peak at the end with Jason that is cuz of you do more questions to come!)

Great background to Percy Jackson
Book was for my daughter. She wanted to gain a further understanding of the Gods mentioned in the Percy Jackson books which she had already read. She found the book to be helpful as information on all of the Gods was collated in one resource. She was very pleased with it and it has fuelled her appetite to read more on this subject

Great way to read about the Greek gods
This book takes an entertaining turn on the traditional way of telling myths and legends, as it describes the gods as if they were in the modern world and the author personally knew them. It is a great book to read if you have just finished the Percy Jackson series and would like to expand your view and knowledge of Greek mythology. Overall, a good read

Great book
My 10 year old son adored this book. He is an obsessed Percy Jackson fan. It explained about the Olympian Gods and gives a good background to Greek mythology.

Amazing Book
I loved this book and the funny informal language he puts in there too. The only downside is that there was nothing about the mist and why it was created. I have all 3 series so i love them. The other main god he didnt mention was Pan the satyr god of plant and the wild. Again though it was an amazing book

Truly an EPIC series!!!
For fans of Percy Jackson and anyone who has the slightest interest in Greek and Roman Civilisations or mythological masterpieces of fiction.Truly an Epic set of stories from the First to the Last!!!From Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief (Percy Jackson Books 1-5 plus two more extra books on the Greek Gods and Demigods) and continuing all the way through (Heroes of Olympus Books 1-5).To end with The Blood of Olympus. An Epic story all the way through, a great coming of age story in beautiful and rich environments full of danger and mystery. A thoroughly cracking read. I loved it so much, I read it twice through.

Five Stars
Rick Riordan reminded me with his Percy Jackson stories how much I loved and enjoyed reading mythology as a kid.He is creative. The plot of each book is full of action, drama, emotion, suspense and has the the turns a story base on mythology should have.My only complaint, if you could say it so is that he uses American way of living more than a myth could afford.
