My Syma S107 developed a problem where it would no longer take off, the propellers spinning but the whole thing just wobbled on the ground and wouldn't ascend. On investigation the central shaft looked bent (no idea how that happened - I've certainly not had any big crashes with my S107) so I hoped that this kit would help.This is termed as an "add-on product" by Amazon, which means that it costs too much to ship it on its own, and they'll only send it if you place an order worth more than £10, so I added this to an existing order and a few days later it arrived. What you get is a plastic bag containing the bits in the product photo, and nothing else. There are no instructions and no screws.After a bit of fiddling around I removed the rotors from my S107 but couldn't see how to change the central shaft, despite the parts set containing a new one. After half an hour of messing I gave up trying to change it, reassembled the helicopter, and put it back into its hangar (well, a cupboard) where its flying days now appear to be over.If you're a clumsy pilot and are worried that you may break a rotor or lose a propeller this may be a great purchase for you. If your helicopter has somehow suffered some other kind of damage, as mine appears to have done, you're probably better off buying a new helicopter.

Bought this set of S107 parts from CraftStore in China. Took 10 days to arrive, but I was in no rush. Took a chance on these, as I have a Lian Sheng helicopter which looks almost identical to the S107. The set included all of the parts in the photos, including gears and spindles, plus I got not one but two each of the yellow clamps for the two rear fins. My immediate requirement was for replacement rotor blades, which work fine. The new blades appear to be stronger than my old ones. I've just ordered two more sets!!

I stupidly let me 3 year old son have a fly and he got immense pleasure in crashing it straight into the ground.I purchased these spare parts when a tail blade broke.The replacement fitted easily in place and you wouldn't have been able to tell the difference.Great product!

Pack was sent from China. Arrived in reasonable time. Contained all parts as advertised. I only needed one of the plastic shaft heads. The lugs are prone to shear and this causes a 'toilet bowl' effect making the copter unflyable. I managed to replace the part using only a small precision screwdriver and the machine now works correctly.

Needed these within one day of the copters first flight. Mind you the pilot, who could take off had rather a novel way of landing, just cut the power, if fell and after a few falls was damaged. The pilot thought was just 7!

Good fun, takes quite a few knocks seems sturdy

Even though I spent 33 years flying aircraft I find my little radio controlled helicopter keeps bumping into things (not my fault). Syma have had the common sense to produce this pack of spares covering all the major bits that can go wrong and at a very good price. It is really good to see a manufacturer showing some joined up thinking. Even if I only use one or two bits the pack is worth it and accidents do happen (but it's not my fault).
