It is as cheap as it looks honestly your probably better of making a cardboard box still cant complain it opens and closes it is exactly how it looks and if you want to give a cheap outward appearance but put an expensive ring inside making them think for a second but then being like surprise its good and that is what I was after.

Lovely little box exactly as pictured and what I expected for the price lovely and solid for my little boy to keep all his treasures in. Not sure it's good enough quality for a gift box if you wanted to use for that purpose

When I received the items it was a very cheap looking. The wood was rough! I had a couple of splinters from holding it. It wasn’t sanded down or smooth, also the magnets on it don’t work at all so, I turned the box up side down and the lid flips open very easily. I’m not happy I guess for the price you get what you get. But in all honesty I wouldn’t even spend a couple of pounds it’s rubbish

Small, well made wooden box perfect for gifting some jewellery. Not sure why others are complaining about the size of the item given the dimensions are in the description. To be fair, internal measurements would've been useful too but this was the perfect size and price for gifting several pandora charms.

I bought this to hold a music box mechanism, which it does very well after I made a slot for the handle. Magnet closers and hinges work ok, top needs fine sanding before painting. On the whole - well made
