Q: are the beans blended so that I can use straight from bag to cup?

The product says they are ground (NOT BLENDED) and this is why I have been able to put them into a Cafetiere then add the hot water leave for a few minutes. and then pour into a mug and enjoy!

yes , we have been using it filter and jug . for some reason not as strong a pure blue mountain drank in Jamaica
