A nice entry level electro toy. Slightly lower power then I hoped for.

Broke after 4 use
I was so excited about this product. I was very hopeful that it will help me with my cystic acne. After i used it for the 3rd time, it suddenly stopped working as i was using it. The high frequency stopped working and the light doesnt turn on. I thought maybe it was just a small malfunction. I tried using it again yesterday and it still did not work. This product is such a waste of money. Please save your time and money.

Not sure about these, takes getting used to.
These are all the rage right now - and I can say after using one for the advertised purposes (Acne etc) this one feels very different than the others I have experienced. Now - for the OTHER purpose people buy these... it might be more desirable, but I don't know about that.I know the color is supposed to reflect its use. "Depending on the inert gas that they are filled with, the electrodes produce either a neon red/orange or violet/blue light. Traditionally, acne prone skin is treated with violet and aging skin is treated with red, however, recent studies show that both are effective regardless of the skincare concern." Orange Neon For treating aging skin, scalp and hairViolet Argon For treating acne, scalp and hair.I just know that Im not sure if its facial use results would be as 'potent' as the more expensive units. Time will tell, and I can update this review after a few more uses. Its good, for sure... but is it great? Its certainly NOT as strong.
