Once I finally got this umbrella up, it is very nice and surprisingly easy to move around and take down. It takes two to assemble, and you need to be good with a screw driver and IKEA style instructions. Getting all the pieces required for assembly in the box was took a while (missing hardware), but customer service is very responsive and had it delivered within the week. You must have a weighted base (not included) in order for it to stay up in its fully deployed horizontal position. The water filled one (B09MT42TJT) has worked well for us so far. Once it's anchored, it is very well balanced for adjusting the angle both vertically (pitch) and horizontally (rotate), barely an inconvenience. The cover is a nice touch, and despite the height of the umbrella, getting the cover on is not hard. This thing is heavy and huge, and it seems to be well built. Far better than most umbrellas we've had in the past. One year followup: Still going strong, you need to take it down in windy weather, but that takes 15 seconds. Left it out all winter under its cover, still in great shape this spring. We bought a second one for a saltier location so we'll see how it holds up to that. The good news is they've sorted out their QA problems and all the pieces arrived in a blister pack so no assembly issues this time.

I am very satisfied with this cantilevered umbrella. Unlike many on the market it came with both a cross stand and a protective cover for the umbrella when it is closed. It is well built, sturdy, and easy to put together. When I assembled my umbrella I noticed a small tear and imperfections in the fabric. I contacted the company via Amazon's message system. The company's response was immediate. They went out of their way to communicate with me throughout the process of figuring out the best way to handle the matter. The company offered a number of ways to address the issue. I requested that they provide a new fabric umbrella to place over the umbrella frame. They sent me videos showing how to do so and today I received the new fabric for my umbrella. I have rarely experienced such good customer service.

This thing is great. Easy to put together with two people. The lighting is soft, so it doesn't blind you out. Do be careful on windy days as this thing will swing hard in the wind. Comes with a cover for those rainy day or just winter storage.

For a long time I was looking for a solution for the late afternoon sun shining straight into my eyes when I was relaxing on my deck. So, when I saw the advertisement for cantilever umbrella with adjustable tilt I decided to buy it. The solution provided by this umbrella far exceeded my expectations (see photo). The adjustable tilt and height along with rotating stand allows positioning the canopy at almost any desired orientation. The sturdy frame and cross-base and a possibility of replacing, if needed, a canopy makes this umbrella a lasting investment. Adding to that is a double-canopy design which is good for the air circulation and helps with the air outflow at the wind gusts. I was also quite impressed with the customer service when they promptly responded to my request for the replacement of missing part. In conclusion, I like this umbrella and would definitely recommend this product and company to any potential buyer.

Very well made, easy to use after set-up.

The umbrella was easy to assemble with two people and by following the instructions on the video. The paper instructions were not clear enough for me. Getting the upper part of the umbrella attached is awkward due to it's height but not a problem with another person to help line up the parts. I've only used it once but it was very stable even in a light breeze. I'm very happy with the quality. I plan to detach the upper umbrella part when storms are in the forecast to play it safe and not damage my deck.

I really wanted to like this umbrella, but it was manufactured with one of the pieces riveted together backwards. I requested a replacement part and was told that was not an option so I had to return it because it was not able to be assembled as per the directions. I was hoping to re-order and hopeful that the new one had been manufactured properly, but the color I had chosen was out of stock so I picked a different manufacturer.

We couldn’t be happier with this umbrella! We needed a large, sturdy umbrella to give us shade at our pool and this is exactly what we needed. We didn’t even consider getting it without the base which made it a bit pricey, but it is well worth it. It comes with a cover also that has a pole at the zipper making it super easy to get on and off. 5 stars to the seller as well. We had a dent in one of the spokes so I needed to contact him. Before I even had to try to find out how, he sent a note following up on the order. When I said we had a dent, he immediately set up shipping for a new one and kept me updated on its tracking! Phenomenal customer service. This is truly a sturdy umbrella well worth the price!

Sturdy unit and design is good for with standing some wind. Only tilts one direction which has some limiting factors in where you can make shade. Package was great and easy to install. Folds up easily
