Pretty Great
I got this for my 20" LCD that was collecting dust sitting with my Guest PC. I re-purposed it a few weeks ago as my secondary monitor but my PC setup is pretty specific to what I have so the extra monitor wasn't at an optimal place. The idea came to me to mount the LCD on my wall but I hadn't found any mounting brackets that were right - most were too big, too heavy, lay flat on the wall or were overly expensive for what they were. Lo and behold (THANK YOU AMAZON), I found this one which is so perfect. At first I though it was going to be some bendy garbage but I read the reviews and took the chance. I am a happy camper.I unfortunately had no drill bits nor a real drill and was too excited to wait till the next day to buy them, so I mounted the arm right to the wall with the screws that came with it. It's been a week and a bit and it hasn't fallen off yet (I did manage to find the stud in the wall). The monitor is pretty light and the arm, while sturdy is pretty light as well. I have no doubt that had I not found the stud in the wall that the pairing would rip a hole in there but as it is it seems to be alright for the time being. Putting it together was cake. I made sure to put the screen on the arm before I put it on the wall; this in itself was very easy too. I also made sure I put some markings on the wall so it would level after I put the mount up.That being said, the arm is absolutely great. It articulates side to side and I can angle the monitor perfectly either flush beside my main screen or at an angle beside it. I can tilt the screen up or down too and side to side. It basically moves in every way I want/need it to so I'm a happy camper, so happy in fact that I'm considering getting one for my main screen which is 24 inches and for the TV in our guest room.Pros:Seems pretty sturdy and well built.Articulates very nicely. Angles up or down, can be almost flush to the wall and can be flush alongside another screen.Price is awesome.Arm can be loosened or tightened to customers liking.Cons:None (Yet?).

Good quality, excellent value. Worked great with a widescreen gaming monitor.
I used this wall mount with my new Acer Predator 34-inch Curved UltraWide QHD (3440 x 1440) NVIDIA G-Sync Widescreen Display (X34 bmiphz), which is a very wide computer monitor, though it does not exceed the weight restrictions of this mount. The installation went very well. I first mounted the arm to the wall. I used a stud finder and drilled pilot holes first. Surprisingly, I found there was a small gap between the drywall and the wood stud, but the included screws were still long enough to get a good bite into the stud. I tightened the joints using the included allen wrench. Then I mounted the monitor (which comes with a special bracket for VESA mounts) to the arm. I was worried that the weight and size might be too much for this little arm, but after testing the movement of the monitor on this arm, I became much more confident that it was secure. I did need to tighten the "up-down" monitor rotation as hard as I could to keep the monitor from tilting downward due to its own weight. One quick tip that some people have mentioned: the arm does not allow any clockwise screen rotation, and even though the arm was mounted to the wall perfectly level, the monitor itself was not level. This is very noticeable on a wide monitor, too. The mount's lower screw hole does allow some wiggle room for adjustment, but here's what I did: I experimented by moving the arm around and found was that if I bent the arm joint in the opposite direction, my monitor became perfectly level. This wasn't a big deal for me, since my monitor is facing perfectly forward from the wall. Problem solved! Now my gaming monitor floats above my desk and I have room below it for speakers and various other peripherals. Very satisfied!

Cheap, effective, quirky
My new monitor came with an incredibly wobbly stand. I bought this to mount it securely and wobble free. It did that and I'm very happy. There are some quirky things to keep in mind when installing it:1) An extra set of hands will eliminate the cussing.2) Replace the screws that come with it for attaching the arm to the wall with some new black wood screws. The included screws will strip out. You could pre-drill, but that just shouldn't be necessary for something this simple. Even with pre-drilling I wouldn't trust them. Just replace them.3) Someone here suggested an installation tip that I will echo. Attach the monitor to the arm. Hold the arm up where it will go and put the top screw in only. The monitor is going to want to twist (think clockwise). To eliminate this in the installation, extend the arm fully and put a level on the monitor (or eyeball it) and look at it from a few feet away. To get the monitor level move the location of the bottom wall mount hole left or right. Once it's level put the screw in.Everyone in these reviews seem to find a different way to explain the orientation of adjustments, ie rotation, tilt, swivel, etc. Some of these people are just confused or horrible at explaining things. It's pretty simple. It extends (like pushing the dinner check to your father in-law... and him pushing it back). It tilts left to right and up and down (like your neck does for your head). It swings left and right (like your arm when pointing people out in a crowd). Now do all that at the same time and that's what it does. What it doesn't do is move up and down (like karate kid painting the fence). You need to set the height on the wall when you attach it. If you measured how high you want it and attach it at that exact height (ahem) it won't be that high. There is some sagging so add 2-3" to that measurement to make up for it.All in all its a super cheap arm that works really well. If you aren't mechanically inclined you might find yourself a little frustrated.

Not sturdy, monitor is tilted after final install and tightening. Do not buy!
The media could not be loaded. Not only did the product take weeks to arrive, after much time installing the mount and making sure the plate was level, the joints had too much play in them resulting in a significant (unignorable) amount of tilt probably 15% and there is no horizontal adjustment feature to correct the issue. The monitor I installed is no where near the max capacity so this is a very disappointing surprise. I will be returning both my wall mounts and buying the mounting dream brand as it seems more robust and allows for horizontal tilt adjustment.
