This is a well written book (aside from a couple of typos) and gives a clear and useful account of appeasement from 1918 until the outbreak of war.

It's a very good book, very informative. It's based on a detailed study of government documents.

I found this volume extremely enlightening. I am an adult student undertaking A level history and this book covered one of the modules. It was clear and put Chamberlain in historical perspective. I would recommend it .
