Does this this tutor do any push up type exercises? I have problems with wrists and shoulders, so any form of push up exercises is out.

Hello and thank you for your question.  No, there are no push up exercises in the workout. There is one exercise when you are on "all fours" i.e. knees and hands in "table" position, but if you are using your core as explained there should be no pressure on the wrists.  You can also roll up a towel and place the heel of your hand on the towel so there is a slight angle as opposed to a 45 degree angle on the wrist.  Also softening the elbows to take pressure away from the wrist itself will help. That really is it, the other exercises are all on your back or side.  Hope that helps. Hello and thank you for your question. This is totally a core exercise program that focuses in on the core abdominal muscles including the pelvic floor. It has many mat pilates based exercises but I use a 9inch fitness ball in many of the exercises.
