Great product
This product worked awesome. This was my first time Duracoating a firearm and it was very user friendly even for a novice. It's holding up very well even after several range trips. No scratches, no damage due to heat or anything like that. Several hundred rounds will make a rifle pretty hot. I followed the instructions exactly as directed and it came out great. The can had more than enough paint to do 2-3 coats on my AR15. You will need to get your own green scrub pads and some brake cleaner (or something similar) for the prep work because what comes in the kit isn't enough (for a rifle anyway). To me that's not that big of a deal though because I'm so happy with the product. Word of advice, don't skimp on the prep work because that will make or break the project. And break down the firearm as much as you can. I've seen people spray right over moving parts or try to mask around them and it really looks like crap and could obviously affect the functionality of the weapon.

Very good!!
I love these colors, I have the royal bronze for the lower reciever. It’s a perfect darker brown color with a hint or metallic sparkle in it. And then I have the sunrises bronze for the upper, sadly the sunrise bronze was a little too gold for me but it’s still a nice color. If the sunrise bronze looks this gold I can only imagine how the actual gold color looks. Just a word of advice: you can make the finish look more glossy buy adding more coats, if you keep it as light as possible with one maybe one and a half really light coats it lays the color down pretty well but doesn’t get glossy.

Maybe enough for a one firearm.
I covered a scope, range finder, and a few small AR parts and ran out. It tells you to do 3 coats, the can is no way enough to do that on 2-4 firearms.

Great paint as long as you prep properly and dont rush.
Seems to be pretty tough stuff once cured. I blasted all parts with Aluminum Oxide prior to prep and painting. The paint went on even and smooth. Made my brother's build look exactly like he imagined it would. Inside the rail I used a split cardboard tube that fit nice and tight before blasting and painting. Made the factory black finish inside stay perfect. This was my first time using Duracoat and will definitely not be the last.

Great product
I was surprised this is much harder than regular spray paint it did an excellent job went on smooth and looks like a factory finish. Make sure you do your prep very well or it will not stick Nearly as well

Midnight Bronze came out perfect
Update: Here is a response from seller concerning shipping charges:"Any shipping charge does apply to multiple items. It will stair step in small increments based on weight. DuraCoat is a hazmat rated product and has to be shipped via hazmat transport. That means it cannot be shipped via the post office. Shipping we pay is usually higher - averages $14.32 per order - and we subsidize it so everyone receives the same charge. Hope that answers your question."Mightnight Bronze... First time ever trying any duracoat product!Buffed with scotchbrite, used the supplied degreaser, then wiped with lint free cloth/acetone..It was well above 70F in the Desert Southwest when I applied 3 coats to a bolt action Mauser...(I'd guess you could do 2 rifles, if very careful)(I think ambient temp, humidity, and the temp of item being sprayed plays a big part in the success of how Duracoat project goes)It did seem to go on thick, so watch your distance! (too close will cause runs)Used a hair dryer between coats..allowed to hang overnight without touching...(after 24 hrs, it did seem pretty well cured)Allowed to dry 2 weeks indoors before touching...then assembled...Waited 1 more week.Result is incredibly smooth and tough; better than I was expecting. Nice finish that looks factory.

Warning One can of aerosol= One rifle not 2-4
Shipping shocked me it took less time than a prime item I ordered at the same time.Very impressive. The color I ordered, midnight bronze is interesting I like it allot. Very dark. Subtle metallic. The aerosol kit covers maybe one long gun with two good coats. This frustrated me the manufacturer seemed very confident that this lit is enough for 2-4 weapons.I have one complete rifle with parts taped off and an ar15 lower upper and 12 inch handguard.I ran out. On the ar15.The rifle looks awesome and as a hardened coating I am confident in the quality but that 2 firearms number is misleading, you might get two semi auto pistols but four of any complete firearm seams very unlikely.I will stick to one can of aerosol for one rifle. The degreaser would go farther o used it thoroughly and I have some left. The scotchbrite is a nice touch but it's a tiny piece. The duracoat sprayed on very smooth and covered well with two coats.I had black parts and a white part that look identical now.
