Q: Is this a grafted plant?

I don't know if this is grafted, but wisteria can be pegged down, a branch laid on the ground and held into the soil, and it will root. I have done this but don't know how long it will take to form a frame or flower. Time will tell.

This variety flowers quite young so I would expect it to flower in 3-4 years if not earlier
