Rarely do I write one of these, however, this unit does deserve it. My experience with overseas made, flat shipped furnishings has not been very positive. Often, the directions are junk, the wood is junk and the packing is flimsy resulting in minor damage, which is annoying.THIS piece was a fantastic exception. Well designed, well made, well packaged. Good directions that were easy to follow...and the big bonus...despite having many different fasteners....you only need a single screwdriver to put the entire thing together. (glad I had a powered screwdriver).It looks good, is very sturdy and highly functional. I am very pleased, I must say.The only small quibble....and it is probably that which makes this so good...is that there are quite a number of pieces and fasteners. If it were simpler, however, it might not be as sturdy or functional. Definitely follow the directions on this one and you will be successful.

This trash cabinet is not only functional but attractive. The butcher block type top added counter space and the drawer provides extra storage. I put my garbage and storage bags in there. It solved the problem I had with my dog knocking over the trash can or even being able to get in it. It is a bit tedious to put together. For some reason, I thought it would be more assembled than it was, but the directions are very comprehensive and clear. I was able to complete it on my own. It did take me a couple of hours, but it was worth it! Love this piece!!

Great product. Looks nice. The top scratches super easily though so be mindful. Maybe assemble on top of a towel. The assembly says 1:30hour…it ain’t lyin!

I have wanted something like this for awhile but didn’t get one because of the price or the materials used. I kept looking around and am very happy with this trash can piece. It came in A lot of pieces BUT the instructions (pictures) were very easy to follow. I was able to out it together I a little over an hour (it probably could have been quicker but I got distracted). I love the drawer in it. I love that it is from a company in PA (my home state) and not from China.It is a beautiful piece & I would definitely recommend it. The price was pretty great too!

So far it has held up nicely, looks very nice, everything works good on it, the only thing was it came in alot of pieces to put together, no problem but definitely took some time, I would recommend

Pieces aren't labeled. I have defective pieces. It's a nightmare to put together. Can't finish it because there's holes missing in vital pieces and the back cover boards are too long.This is NOT WORTH THE MONEY! spare yourself the frustration I have. If there was an option of 0 stars, I'd give it.

The media could not be loaded.  This is perfect for my small kitchen/dining area. My favorite part is that the trash bin door stays open if you need it. I spray painted the handles gold to match my decor. Also, I decided to remove the extra 3-inches off the base because it felt too tall for my dining room, but would be nice if in a kitchen so it’s at counter height. I’m glad that the height was an optional feature. Overall, this is multifunctional and very sturdy without attaching it to the wall, but I’ll keep the hardware just in case. Also, I was able to put it together by myself with only a Phillips screwdriver and a lot of patience and TV movies.

Got this because the last thing you wanna do after work is clean up a trash mess from the dogs. It hides the trash, keeps the kitchen clean looking, acts as a small island, and has a nice drawer.The building gets a little tricky but it has really good directions. You will need a flashlight when installing the front tilt part.
