excellent product
A good quality tea which is competitively priced. It is mildly sweet tasting so can be enjoyed by even those who are not fans of herbal teas. The product is well packaged and is fresh and delicate in appearance and texture. I would recommend this and would definitely buy it again.

Great quality tea
I love this tea, it was well packaged and fresh when it arrived and from the moment I opened up the package I knew it was top quality silver needle just by looking. The taste is delicate and refreshing without the bitterness of Green tea. I will be buying more from Chiswick Tea Co when I've run out (which won't be long!)

Pleasant to drink
I found this tea pleasant to drink. I'm not sure I'd go as far as calling it Premium, but it is definitely worth the money paid for it. The buds I received in my package weren't nearly as silver or furry as the ones in the item pics, but they did brew well and taste nice.I would recommend to anyone with a taste for Chinese white teas. Would buy again.

Good tea
One of my favourite. It's hard getting good quality silver neddle but this is one of them, lovley smell and taste. Also rather than dust with a very neddles this tea is neddle after neddle good quality. Also they have great customer service replaced a past faulty product very promptly. Shame it keeps selling out when i need to buy some.

Prompt Service for a Nice Tea
Tea arrived within 3 days and was well packaged. The tea itself is very pleasant and subtle but actually is not a nice as a previous silver needle tea I have used that had slightly more depth of flavour with creamier after taste. Probably just down to my personal preference but this still is a very pleasant white tea to drink.

Lovely White tea
Amazing refreshing tea that unlike most green tea my family love as well, it also has much less caffeine in I believe. I have bought other brands but find this one to be the best, always fresh and delicious. I find I can reuse the tea a few times too which makes it very economical and the second Infusion tastes as good as the first.

Unrepresentative Photo - Tastes Like Green Tea
This tastes too much like green tea for my liking. If I'd wanted green tea taste I would not have bought white tea.To be fair to Chiswick Tea company, I usually buy my tea from Mei Leaf in Camden but they are currently out of stock for all three of their Silver Needle varieties, otherwise I never would have bothered with this stuff but I guess that's the one disadvantage of buying from a retailer who buys their tea directly from the farmer like Mei Leaf instead of someone who buys from a wholesaler and never goes to meet the person who actually grows and processes it.The photo in the listing shows buds that came from this tea but before they took the photo they removed all the broken leaves and other bits and only photographed the best looking bits. This is not representative of what I bought so they lose an extra star for this deception. I have attached a photo of the tea that I bought, taken straight out of the packet without selecting the best bits, or indeed the worst bits, just as it came to me.Part of the reason for the many bits of broken leaf is the fact that they have crammed 250g into a pouch more suited to 150g. Another part is because it just isn't very good tea to start with, when compared to what I am used to but it is very cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.As soon as my usual tea shop is able to restock, whatever is left of this pouch is going in the bin.

A good white tea
White tea, as you probably know if you are on this page, is supposed to be the best of all teas for health. There is real science to this - it is not new age mumbo jumbo. I spent some time choosing white teas and tried this one as it was good value for money. It is a good silver needle white tea and I will buy it again.
