Q: Is this wiper for use with a hook fitting.

Yes I believe it is ... I fitted them to a peugeot expert 2L HDi 2004 however you may be better to go on to Youtube ...'fitting Bosch AR20U wiper blades' that way when the demonstration of fitting is shown you should be able to see if the naked wiper arm is the same as yours ... you'll probably end up on you tube anyway regards fitting ... it's not as obvious as you might think ... very clever design! ... oh and the wiper blades are superb ... unbelievably good ... I would never go back to the older/other design! Hope this helps

If the wiper arms are hook type, then yes they will but get the correct length wipers

Q: will this fit talbot camelot camper van ,one each side ?

Not sure about the fitting to your camper van,but should fit any standard wiper arm mounting, ie. if there is a hook shaped mounting on the end of the wiper arm. These can be a bit fiddley to fit at first, but when you get the knack, they are very easy to fit. Check the length of the wiper against the originals (by measuring the originals) and remember that these can be different on on the driver side/ passender side. These are really good wiper blades and have lasted for ages. Good luck.
