Is the A4 addition Narrow ruled?

I use the blank version which comes with a writing guide. The writing guide (for the blank paper) is NOT narrow ruled. The paper in the blank book is amenable to use with a writing guide so you could print a guide with whatever line spacing and margin combination you require. The advantage with the A4+ size is that the guide can be A4 and fit in the pocket at the back.

how thick are the pages? If I write with a sharpie permanent marker, will the ink bleed through to the other side?

Is the paper acid free?

Hello how yes it is acid-free paper which takes all types of pens, including fountain pen ink.

Is the paper recycled?

It does not say so anywhere on the notebook or the Leuchturm packaging. I would assume not as this is acid-free paper suitable for long-term archives and it's difficult to make this when recycling - you have no control over what went into the source paper. Hope this helps.
