Took a chance on this and am thoroughly impressed. If you let 'er rip, she'll run straight through concrete no problem. The bits it comes with are, as expected, not great and will break after a few runs through concrete (hence the minus one star on durability), but no biggie there. Used it for multiple projects so far and has had no issues. Feels super sturdy, built like an old school drill from decades past. I especially like that it comes with extra brushes for the motor - very cool that a company is still making serviceable tools like this. Feels kinda goofy walking around with a tool branded "DONG CHENG" when you've got name-brand tools sitting next to it, but hey, it does the job, and can't beat it for the price.

I use a mixture of Makita and Milwaukee tools for work and was tired of bringing tools from the house or my work truck to the barn to use, so due to my strange affinity for Vietnamese carpentry videos on YouTube I shopped and purchased these tools as a combo. Heavy tools! first thing I noticed so with any mojo in the batteries drilled 1/4 hole with the drill and drove a 3/8 lag into a treated 4x4 with the driver and had zero issues. If you focus on the crap that comes with it knock yourself out, no matter who you buy the bits and accessories that come with them are always garbage, these tools for the money are great. No I give no shits about battery life because there are alot less battery makers than tool makers and oddly enough I have batteries that fit.

I purchased this drill set to help me to install my swag light in my apartment. I wasn’t familiar with power tools, so I was really nervous when first using it, but I read the instructions carefully and practiced using the drill when putting together furniture. Once I felt comfortable with it, I went ahead and installed the anchor in my ceiling for my swag light, and everything went wonderfully! I couldn’t have asked for a better drill that’s comfortable, lightweight, yet sturdy, and definitely quality. It’s very comfortable to hold. I appreciate all of the additional drillbits and accessories that accompany it, especially the carrier bag. This is definitely one of my favorite purchases this year, and it has really helped me build my confidence in my capability to be more handy and to do things for myself. I highly recommend to anyone, especially women, who feel that they are not able to be handy or to do things for themselves. This will definitely help you build your confidence and help you get more experienced with power tools. Just make sure that you read the directions carefully as to familiarize yourself with all of the specifics that you need to know in order to protect yourself and be safe while you’re learning and becoming more confident!

This drill...I'm still going on about it. I needed a cheapo battery drill for a small sheet metal job, 75 feet off the ground, at an awkward location, wasn't risking my Bosch. This thing performed exactly as needed, and has exceeded every reasonable expectation I have had for capabilities since I got it. The only shortcoming is no spare battery, but, it recharges super quickly(like over a lunch break.) I bought the bundle(tools and bag)...now the tools, typical low end Chinesium junk, the level is solid, the small tape measure is handy, but the BAG!!! OMFG, the bag is just incredibly, amazingly excellent. I use it literally EVERY DAY...as an ebike commuter, keys, toolkit, spare tube, CO2 inflator small multimeter, all in the bag slung over my shoulder on my back, courier messenger style. Wanna grab a few tall boy beers on the way home...in the bag. Need a place for a hoodie/windbreaker...in the bag. It's been a lifesaver, multiple times. So, the drill, completely worth it, the tools...meh, but the bag, totally seals the deal on this being a great purchase. Order another battery, I 100% would recommend this set as a great purchase.
