Doctor's recommend Protein powder
I've had a great experience with grd protein powder, especially after seeing it's positive impact on my sister's health.Her doctor prescribed this protein powder for her along with some calcium supplements for her health situation. Nice product, using this regularly since many years. Only issue is it is costlier than similar products. But once you get used to this flavour you won't use any other brand.

Not as much good as they claim
The media could not be loaded. If you really want to have biscuits then rather than eating refined flour maida or those things you can eat it but if you ask me then you have to look at it’s ingredients that says 33 percent of added sugar, I don’t know why doctors follow this practice now a days and recommend these kind of things on the name of protein. See ingredients list that I attached in image please before buying this. Honestly not sure how these things are even getting so much popularity with this much added sugar as well as other ingredients those are not at all healthy..1. Taste is good2. Protein content is just 25 percent3. Added sugar is 33 percent and that is more than protein.4. Very costly not the value for money5. Packagng is also not up to the mark as those were broken.6. Quality is average
