Went for this one instead of the usual funkin passion fruit purée and was not disappointed. Lasts far longer once opened and the squeeze pour is no mess and no hassle when making a lot of drinks! Only thing I found was that it is more of a thick syrup than a purée and is very sweet so needed plenty of lemon juice in the cocktails to balance that out.

It’s a high quality passion fruit syrup with a very good taste a sensible calories content. I like packaging, very easy to use. It has also reasonable expire day as I didn’t realise how huge it is.

I bought this thinking that this product is equivalent to Funkin Pro puree, which is liquid and sour. It is actually extremely sweet and very thick. I couldn't add more than 15ml to a drink because otherwise, it was unbearably sweet. It is sour (like a fizzy candy) when you taste it on its own, but the sourness is completely diluted in a cocktail. I tried to balance it with lime, but then the passion fruit flavour would fade.It is nice as a syrup though but completely unsuitable for a proper Pornstart martini.
