Highly Recommend
Bettetvits vitamin C is the best I have tried so far! Easy to swallow and I fell that it actually works. I recently got a cold and I didn’t go through it as bad as usually.

HIGH POTENCY VIT C BUT..
The media could not be loaded. This Bettervits Vitamin C supplement contains a sufficient dosage of 500mg of vitamin C with Bioflavonoids. In order to experience the positive effects of this vitamin, a minimum of 500mg per day is recommended, and this bottle will last me for one month of use. Also, it is for vegans and does not contain gluten, soy, or dairy, making it suitable for people with dietary restrictions. It is a high-quality supplement due to having no unnecessary ingredients listed. The capsules are easy to swallow and do not leave a bad aftertaste. Since starting to take this supplement, I have not experienced any common colds this winter. While I appreciate this supplement, I am not fond of the fact that I have to take two capsules to get 500mg of vitamin C, as I also have other oral multivitamins to take. It is inconvenient to take numerous capsules daily, particularly for people who struggle with swallowing.Overall, I recommend this supplement due to potency, quality, and lack of flavor. However, it may not be suitable for individuals who have difficulty swallowing oral capsules. Thank you for taking time to read my review. I hope you 👍 find it helpful.

Vit C from a natural source.
This Vitamin C is made from rosehip extract which was unexpected. But - and every day’s a school day - apparently rosehips are very high in Vit C. Who knew? The bioflavonoids come from ‘citrus aurantufolia’ which from my aromatherapy memory banks is Lime. Perhaps a more expected source of Vit C.Per serving they contain 500mg Vit C, which is less than I usually take daily, however, I have heard that ascorbic acid Vit C absorbs much less than Vit C from a natural origin. So perhaps these have more ‘available’ Vit C?They’re ok to swallow, thankfully capsules not tablets, although I was expecting something suckable or chewable like other Vit C tablets. They’re relatively large and have a slightly ‘herbal tea- like’ taste until swallowed. No aftertaste though. For Vit C, which is usually pretty cheap, they are relatively pricey, but are from a known UK brand. You’d likely have to take for a few weeks to see if they make a difference, so I’ll report back if I get a massive change.

Good quality and with 500 mg per capsule
Good quality vitamin C, with lots of benefits for your heath. 500 mg in each capsule, just the amount I like to take daily and sometimes not very easy to find. And it’s from Rosehip extract, which I think makes it even better.

Very expensive even for capsules
I find vitamin C tablets often quite bulky and difficult to swallow even with cold water. They have a tendency to get stuck in my throat. So, I far prefer capsules.I take around 1000mg a day. These capsules are 500mg each at 42p a capsule, so it would cost me 84p a day if I purchased them. They claim to be particularly potent and bioavailable. It is still a high price and you might want to shop around.

Expensive for a month supply
Really easy to swallow vitamin C tablets that have enough servings to last one month. I like the tablets themselves, they are a good size and are easy to swallow and do not leave a lingering aftertaste. They come in a nice quality bottle with a twist cap lid that is easy to use. It's hard to say if they've had a direct effect on health but I do feel like I've avoided the dreaded cold so far in the cold season which usually finds me so maybe down to the vitamin C.I do think these are very expensive for what they are and there are cheaper options out there so would maybe go for them over this one personally.
