Q: How would you set up Wifi 6E on it?

I have this board and I bought this: Intel Wi-Fi 6 (Gig+) Desktop Kit, AX200, 2230, 2x2 AX+BT, vPro It was like $30, on the manufacturer’s list of supported things, and comes with everything you need. There’s a dedicated m.2 slot for it. Slide it in, secure it down, then connect the antennas and you’re good to go. Just be careful since the wires do come off the chip really easily, and to put them back on takes some steady hands. You would basically screw the nut back on.

Q: 192gb of RAM compatibility with i9-13900ks?

Not sure about the ram but for the i9 i think it should be ok since it’s also 13th gen
