Affordable low profile clicker reel
Decent drag and casts better than expected. Is well suited to dual purpose I run one on a 7 foot medium heavy spooled with 15lb mono and use it for Bass and catfish. The other is matched with a glass 2 piece rod for travel. Probably comparable to a Garcia BCX mayybe a C3. Good line capacity for it's size. Haven't tackled anything double digits yet but I don't fish near as much as I used to but I'm sure I will as soon as I get the boat out.

It holds a great amount of line for far cast, loud clicker that’s loud enough to know when you have a fish, very durable reel and smooth performance while reeling. It cast very smooth and has a beautiful color to it.

Well worth the money
I ise this primarily for channel cats. Been catching between 1-15 lbs at ease. And those have problems with casting distance, you need to just work with the side knobs. I'm no expert what so ever but this thing will go. It makes some noise when casting but its smooth and will go and yet reels in nice in smooth. Well worth the money. Honestly it casts better then my Abu Garcia 6500 catfish special.

Absolute disappointment.
I purchased this reel in late December 2021 in anticipation of using it on the deep sea boats when the season opened up on April 1st 2022.We got into the fish, and the reel cast extremely well. But herein lies the problem. When you get TO THE FISH, you want to be able to RETRIEVE the FISH!!!!!!The drag completely failed. I have a fish on the line 140 feet down and the reel COMPLETELY FAILS TO RETRIEVE!!! The drag is a JOKE. I had to hand line the fish onto the boat.To add insult to injury, Since the start of the season was 4 months after my purchase at the end of the season, there was absolutely NO WAY for me to get another reel or return the defective one.DONT BUY THIS REEL.I got screwed online and on the water.

Look good, feel good
I bought these reels for my upcoming bull reds trip to Galveston. I’ve heard good things about them so I thought I’d give them a try. The reels feel very sold and extremely smooth. The drag feels strong as well.I will do an update to this review after the trip.
