NAC is a very useful supplement which we have found very beneficial so we will go on purchasing in future . The brand is a very good one with a good reputation .

I bought this because I had been taking NAC in pure powder form and I didn't like the tart and bitter taste so I thought I would spare myself and buy a capsule form instead. In short it was a bad experience - as the dose is only 600mg which is what I consider a bit on the low side I had taken doses twice that amount in one sitting in the past with no negative effects. With this capsule though I could tell when the capsule dissolved in my tummy around 20 to 30 minutes later by the bad case of heartburn I got from it. Like I said I consider 600mg on the low side and so I thought I could get the dose I wanted by taking two capsules but after such a painful and negative reaction to ONE capsuleI realised that going back to the pure powder form is by far a better option than ingesting these capsules!
