I use this for low back pain. I love the ease of being able to walk around with it on. It goes up to 148⁰ which is plenty hot enough. The vibration is a little light in my opinion. I don't feel like the temperature stays hot for very long before it seems to get a little cooler. But for the mobility of use its not too bad. It wont replace a regular heating pad for me but I do use it often when I am on the go or at a family members house.

I’ve had this heating pad for about two years now, and I absolutely love it. It gets very hot, and I really appreciate the different temperature settings. I use it every time I get my period, and it provides the relief I need. I’m not a big fan of the vibration feature, so I don’t use it, but that doesn’t take away from how effective it is. It also has an automatic shut-off after a while, which I assume is for safety and is definitely a plus. Overall, it’s very durable and well worth it. Oh and once it’s fully charged. I can use it the whole without a problem, I don’t charge it often

This is perfect for those days when I can move around, but still need extra comfort. I can use this multiple times in a day on the same charge. I do wish the heat lasted longer than 30 minutes at a time but i understand it's a saftey concern. I use this for cramps and lower back pain.

Fantastic but doesn’t get as hot as I need because I have painful periods and the extreme heat really helps. It is MOST convenient for my job. I manage an office and I don’t sit at a desk all day so on my day 1 and 2, having the movement ability with this is EVERYTHING. It definitely offers some relief. I wish it covered a wider surface area. Considering getting a second so I can have one on the front and one on the back.

I just got I today so I can’t attest to how long it lasts yet/battery life, but it’s so comfy! It gets really hot which I like and the belt is comfy. It’s really slim and would easily hide under a sweatshirt. It works well for my back too, and it stays put while I walk which is so nice compared to a traditional heating pad

Works great. Heats up nicely and the vibration is light but penetrating. However it takes forever to charge. Hours!

This product brought me to tears. I always have the absolute WORST cramps when i’m on my cycle and this device grants me unbelievable relief throughout my day. Before purchasing I did not even realize it has a strap on it so you could wear it throughout the day and I wore this with skin tight leggings and I couldn’t even tell it was there. Also, I did not realize that it has a vibrating setting, which I personally don’t see a need for, but I completely understand if some people do and it’s offered at six different speeds. Also, I put it on when it was at 76% and wore it for about seven hours straight before dying. The only 2 cons I would say is after about 30 minutes, It turns off so I have to turn it back on and it takes a very long time to charge. But other than that, this is a wonderful purchase if you get horrible cramps during the day and need constant heat, but just make sure to charge it overnight as it does take quite a while. 10/10 recommend!!!!

Absolutely gets hot enough to take away the pain! I promise! 🙏 I have bad bad periods and on the first 2 days I literally am in tears and pain so bad I feel like I should go to the hospital! THIS heating pad is amazing! Not only does it get to 140°F, IT GETS HOT FAST! CONSTANT HEAT! literally within 5-10 minutes my pain is literally gone so much it is hardly there and I can laugh and smile. Literally, nauseating pain GONE! I cried because it worked! I need MORE so I can swap these every other day so I can charge one when the battery dies!
