NUX Stageman II AC-80 Bluetooth Portable Acoustic Guitar Amplifier, 80 Watts

When connected to the app, said it needed a firmware update for all features to work. Like the other reviewer said, neither the manual nor website give a good rundown on how to do this. Also, the old type of USB cord is not included. I tried with my Windows PC and with my Apple laptop, but it would not go through. Such a shame I had to return it, because I really like the AC50 I have, but also wanted this one with a rechargeable battery,and more watts.

Support is not included.Iphone App would not work with the Amp. The firmware had to be updated. The update needed an older style USB -USBC cable. This cable was not included, and I had to find one. The web directions stated the system could be bricked if the firmware is not uploaded properly. Luckly this did not happen to me.The minimal documentation shows the foot switch with a power supply and two mono cables. The footswitch came with a stereo cable and no power supply.I contacted the tech support through Amazon. The support person could not answer my questions and stated that she would have the NUX support team contact me in the next several days. I never got a response. I called the support number that they sent me and got connected with NUX female sports ware support.I like the amp and probably would keep it, but I worry about the support if anything else would happen.

Love this amp. Beautiful tones and the app for making changes is a plus. The foot pedal adds a nice touch too. Well made, looks super very pleased. Plenty of volume and other tricks too
