I tried the Wellness Balm because it was made from natural ingredients. It's smells lovely and not overpowering like some. I put some on before I went to bed and I felt it had a calming effect on me. I woke in the morning after sleeping well without any coughing. I would definitely recommend to try this product if you have a cold or flu.
