This is a very foamy soft mat. The only complaint I would have is that when it is rolled up, it is a bit heavy.

I've spent two wonderful years with this yoga mat, and let me tell you, the love affair is still going strong. It's high quality, incredibly well-made, and the price point? Absolutely fantastic. One of my favorite things about this mat is how easy it is to clean. As a yogi who often practices barefoot, I understand how mats can get a little dirty. But this one? It cleans right up with ease, which is such a relief. Moreover, it's got the perfect amount of thickness. Not extremely thick, but thick enough to cushion your knees on hard surfaces, ensuring you don't feel that unforgiving floor underneath. It's a feature I truly appreciate. This yoga mat has become a staple in my at-home workouts, yoga sessions, and even daily meditations. I've never noticed any strong smell issues that some people have referenced. So, I wholeheartedly recommend this yoga mat for anyone on a quest for tranquility and durability in their practice. It's been a loyal companion, and our journey continues.

Amazing! I use it for hot yoga and Pilates and the mat is great. It doesn’t slip and it comfortable and thick without being too bulky.

I love this mat so much I bought two of them. It’s perfect for hot yoga in that it is absorbent not slippery a perfect thickness, nice and long so plenty of space, and easy to roll up. However, it takes an eternity to dry out, is difficult to clean, and the two colors I have have unsightly sweat stains, no matter how much I clean them. The one that I’ve had a little bit longer has started to break apart a little bit in the middle, where it gets the most wear and tear. Overall, I’ll probably keep buying replacements for this not because I love it so much, but hate that I have to keep buying replacements because it’s wearing out/Becoming stained within 8 to 9 months of use.

While I like how sturdy they are, the material of the mat can catch lots of dirt and grimes on the surface
