Great little grill would be perfect if it had a drain for the liquid to go.

Like the convenience of the grill and ability to remove, wash and change the plates however, the plastic clips that hold the plates in stopped working 2 months after purchase. They no longer snap into place so I have to use tongs to place the plates when hot :( Not effective at all! I haven't yet contacted the company to see if they will replace the grill. Also the upper plate never gets evenly hot.

I was pretty skeptical especially after reading the reviews here. But I've used this thing 4 times now and it's OK. It's cheap and it looks and feels cheap. But it works fine and I've had no issues. It's smaller than the pictures make it look so it's probably best for making 1-2 servings at a time. The ceramic coating also looks suspiciously like plain old paint and doesn't look or feel the same as the ceramic coating on the rest of my appliances and pans. But I've had no issue with food sticking yet (though I use a small amount of olive oil when I cook non-oily food). There's no drainage for grease so that's a negative.
