I had a UTI which kind of didn't want to go away for long time. I got these as I had a remaining symptom of frequent urination. I took these for a week and I can feel I am ok now. So I would recommend. :)

Good idea, badly executed
I have been using mannose on several occasions for cystitis, and bought these as I thought the added components (biotin, zinc, cranberry and vitamin C) would provide additional support.However, Zinc and Biotin are ridiculously overdosed: A single dose of mannose comes with 300% of the RDA of Biotin and 130 % of Zinc. Unsurprisingly the label states quite clearly that you should not exceed the recommended dose of 3 capsules once a day. Unfortunately I have always had the best effects by taking mannose 3 times a day, which means I'll have to use a different product for the other 2 doses, which seems insane.Having checked various medical websites, the excessive doses of biotin/zinc seem safe on the single dose, so I'll be using these, but my next pack will be pure mannose again.
