This cup has some great features. It looks great It keeps drinks hot and cold for ages You can actually clean the thing properly! I was wondering how to get into the lid to clean it properly as I often have it in the car, where it dries out before I can get home and wash it. Whilst you can take off the rubber rings and wash and replace them (fiddly but doable) Inside the pop up outer bit is pretty inaccessible. Until I discovered that the outer ring unscrews and the middle of the outer side bit of the lid comes off. There you can now access all areas of the lid for cleaning and after a minute with a small brush it’s ready to screw back in and is ready to use. It is simple but makes me really happy! I already owned 2 of these before I realised the top unscrews and now I’m getting more as gifts. The only very small downside and it’s minute, is that once you’ve taken a dip and closed the lid take another sip with the lid in the closed position as there will be a little bit of liquid left inside the lid that will drop out if the cup tilts. It’s a minute amount but if it’s coffee it’s a pain if it stains or sets something. But take a sip with the lid in the closed position (or tilt it until the drip has come out) and then you’re good to go with a really tight seal.

Really like these, not just for use as a travel mug, but great for in the garden etc. Good quality & functions well with zero leakage. No funny tastes with tea/coffee or water. I prefer the single drink spot top, as opposed to anywhere on the other one - ended up with it running down my cheek 🤪 Before I bought my first one I read the reviews & a person said the artwork came off the lower 1/3. IMO it’s more comfortable to hold within the silicone area & when washed by hand the paint has not come off at all. I imagine if it is put in a dishwasher this may well happen, but it isn’t suitable for dishwasher cleaning, not only because of the artwork, but also dishwasher heat not good for the silicone.

This is now my second time buying this flask due to losing the first one. The first time buying the item was back in Oct 2021 and the second time was in July 2022. The first time I brought it was due to working in the care industry and if you work in that industry you know the frustration of making a cuppa taking a sip and having to leave it only to come back and its stone cold. Second time buying I am now a lorry driver and need a hot cuppa on the road trying to avoid the service station costs, The flask both times keep the liquid hot for a good 6-7 hours at the beginning, I cant remember how long before the first one I purchased started to reduce its hours in keeping liquids hot. The second one I'm now just a month shy of a year having it and it still retains heat for at least 4 hours, The flask fits nicely in my VW and BMW cup holders as well as in the DAF and MAN lorry cup holders. The two lids it comes with one an easy push down and the other a flick up, I have only ever used the push down lid due to having carpel tunnel as it is much easier to open for me and neither times purchasing has the lid leaked, The push down lid you are able to unscrew them apart to make for easy cleaning (Please see pic). The Flaws: (Please see arrows on last pic for parts I'm talking about) Both times I have brought this flask the pattern it comes with on the bottom fades after a month or two of hand washing it , The rubber grip again after a month or two of hand washing it becomes loose and ends up falling down the flask, on the second time of buying this it did still become loose but also started to tear downwards. After having both of them for 6 months and dropping/knocking them either from counter/standing or lorry cab height on to concrete/gravel/tiles (so quite a beating). The bottom of flask where a spongy grip is, is made from possibly thin aluminium started to split making them become wobbly and uneven (but once you take it off completely it stops wobbling but you lose the grip). The silver ring between lid & cup also broke but only on the second time of buying, Before the ring snapped I was able to undo the lid smoothly with no issues now that the ring is not there any more I find it has become harder to undo as it may have been there to stop you from overtightening it ??

Great mug it keeps liquids hot for hours and looks great too. Also comes with two types of lid. Well made, doesn’t leak and is perfect for the job.

I've had this for just over a year and have come back to buy another as its starting to look a bit tatty. The grip around it great, and is still in place, but is now starting to look a little out of shape in spots. That patten also is coming off... But I have on many occasions put it thru the dishwasher., so my probably my fault. The push lid is fantastic. And is still water tight. I'm just treating myself to a new one for my hoilday and keeping my old one for work

Love the design, fits in my cup holder in the car. Keeps drinks hot however leaks when using the lid to drink out of. I’ve only had it a couple of weeks and there’s tea stains already :(

After a couple of months of use the lid became very difficult to undo and the hand grip part became very loose. This morning the lid actually flew off and just missed my friends face, who i had bought it for, some of the tea splashed into her face.

have had really bad luck with cups like this but its great. two different lids and goes well thru the dishwasher

Keeps coffee hot and is very durable and spill proof

First of all this coffee mug comes with two different lids: flip up and 360 lid. As I drive a lot I like flip up one as it looks really leak-proof but 360 lid is perfect for office or home. Overall it is made really nice and sturdy. Best of all this cup fits in my cup holder perfectly. It keeps my coffee the same temperature until I am done drinking it. Tried with ice and it works too. Great price with a bonus lid. I’d purchase again.
