I really like these gummies! They help me fall asleep and I notice a difference in my stress levels the next day. I actually look forward to taking them every night. They also taste really good.

I take these before bed, and it makes falling asleep a lot easier for me. I generally have a hard time getting relaxed enough to fall asleep quickly, but with this my eyes are closing fast. I will say, I don’t take them daily or on a long term basis, so I don’t know about their effectiveness as a daily supplement. They taste good.

I have a high stress job and at the end of the day, I chew two of these and it’s like a soft stretch. It helps me rest with ease and doesn’t make me feel hung over the next morning. It’s all natural and halal. The taste is great and non medicinal tasting. I’d recommend taking near bedtime and not during the day. It can relax you to the point of sleep. ( you’ll want to nap at work)😆. I subscribe to it because I like it so much. It’s not habit forming.
