I am a scab picker. Can't control it. After morning shower. I rub okeefes working hands, and put these on for the day. This system has worked well. Almost scab free. Not to mention , they are just comfortable. You can pull your thumb out, roll up a bit, wash hands as needed. I hope this helps others.

Protect hand and lower arm from hits which cause bruising. Wish there was a bit more protection from minor hits.

These are light, but they are not cool. Sweat isn't "whisked" away from my skin. They help with bruising in that they remind me to take care when I'm being active or my dogs are jumping on me. They do keep my skin from tearing.

Only dislike so far is after 1st laundry, seams around thumb hole and opposite end seam becomes unraveled.
