Update 29/01/2025. Since High5 changed the formula of the normal version, I've steered clear. But I tried the plant based version and its almost like thr original. I always use High5 nutrition, you literally can't go wrong and its wallet friendly. This recovery drink mixes well and tastes ok. It's not as good as the chocolate flavour, but still very nice with skimmed milk. I like the fact there are no sweeteners, you try and find another protein shake that doesn't use them!

Don’t try mixing with water - tastes foul. Mixed with milk pretty pleasant. Probably chocolate best, then berry then banana but all fine. Or why not go wild and mix the two: chocbanana and berry banana my personal recommendation for a protein cocktail

So far tried chocolate and that's a 5 star product. Love the chocolate version. Went to buy another tub but none were in stock so tried banana and vanilla. Odd taste to it but it does the job and you quickly get used to it. Probably wouldn't buy it again unless other flavours, like chocolate, were out of stock.

This is a good recovery drink. It works well and tastes ok BUT I have discovered that it contains gluten. I thought I had checked thoroughly on the High5 website, and there is nothing to indicate so in the Key Ingredients section. However, there is a second and more detailed ingredients section further down; and that states Glutamine Peptides 19% (Wheat)

I use this as part of my post cycle recovery routine. This one, vanilla and banana, is my personal favourite flavour and my own opinion is that it's at its best when mixed with semi skimmed milk and not water.

I've used High5 Banana & Vanilla Recovery drink since 2019. It was a white powder and when mixed found it very tasty and enjoyable to drink. I opened my most recent purchase, which is the 'new and improved formulation' - it is an oatmeal/beige colour with a strange musty smell. When mixed the drink tasted bitter and not very pleasant.

Works well, actually tastes nice like a real milk shake, seems to work well, just drink two scoops mixed with milk or almond milk and/or water (I do 50/50 milk/water mix)

Had started to run out of this after using it after every game of Football. It tastes great, mixes really easily and is in my opinion good value

Bestes Recover Produkt auf dem Markt. Sehr wirksam und vor allem verträglich. Mein Magen dreht gerne mal durch 😄 Ich empfehle ebenfalls Gele von High5 👍

Auch dieses Produkt von High 5 zur Regeneration ist sehr zu empfehlen. Man kann das Pulver entweder mit Wasser oder mit Milch mischen (meine Empfehlung). Schmeckt lecker und der Regenenerationseffekt speziell nach langen Läufen oder harten Laufwettbewerben ist schnell spürbar.
