YES!
Perfect for our round, wooden, toilet seat! You use the velcro tabs to secure it to the lid (the small knobby things that space the lid from the seat are) and put a couple of bricks on the closed lid to ensure a good adhesion. After 6-8 hours the adhesive side to the lid/seat (of the velcro tabs) and it worked great on low. It stays on all the time, so I turn it off if I leave and back on when I'm home. You need an outlet near the toilet to plug it in too. No more cold shocking seat! This isn't about looks, but comfort. If you want it unnoticeable, buy a seat with the heating built into it. You're looking for a great deal, easy to install, working fix, this is it!

No more cold shock!
I have had mine for well over 5 years in my master bathroom. I later purchased the much more expensive full seat style for the guest bath. Since I only use the one in the master for the occasional middle of the night pee, I attached it to an outlet timer and it only runs at night (probably saving it from the long term wear & tear of running constantly). It always works & keeps me from being shocked awake by a cold seat when I sleepwalk my way to the toilet 😉. The other style doesn’t work with a timer and has to be reset every time the power goes out (we get a lot of blink outages due to trees) and is MUCH more expensive. Both do the job of keeping the seat warm, so it’s up to you to decide if price or looks are your priority.

Works great, but gives off chemical odor
Pros- Works great as promised! SWMBO is happy.- The adjustable heat settings are really great.- Built in GFI at the outlet adds extra safety factor.- In fact it works fine even though I did not remove the posts from the lid. The flexibility allows it to stay in place via the velcro fasteners, and also allows enough surface area of the unit to "settle" onto the seat, thereby transferring heat to it just fine.Cons- The heating pad outer plastic shell looks cheap.- The heating pad outer plastic shell gives off an unpleasant chemical order, similar to cheap PVC shower curtains. The order has reduced after one month of usage, but unfortunately is still present.- The adjustable heat switch housing is large and unwieldy. I have it zip tied to the water supply line, but it looks bulky and awkward, and provides a large surface area that will need to be cleaned occasionally. I don't know if it's technically possible, but in a perfect world, I'd love to see this housing go away, and instead incorporate the adjustable heat mechanism into the GFI/"wall wart" housing. Second choice would be to make it smaller and sleeker. Oh, and mounting tabs or through-holes would be nice for optional mounting to the wall.I'd really like to see an improved model with at least the heating pad shell constructed from a more inert material. And if it also looked a bit more "upscale", that would be a bonus.

Nothing Like a Warm Bum on a Cold Day
This is our second Toastie Tush. They are reasonably priced and serve their purpose well. The first one lasted a long time. I extended its life with a couple repairs, but eventually we had to retire it. When we ordered this new version, we had to send it back because it kept shutting itself off. They sent us a replacement that works well. The only component I wish was like the original is the on/off switch. The original was a physical switch. This new version is buttons. The only problem with buttons, and it is a minor problem, is that if we have a power outage, the device defaults to being off. We happen to have several power outages per year and it is a minor discomfort for the bum to forget that this new version sets itself to off due to a power outage.

Does not work
Ordered this but the installation instructions were confusing. There should have been a video on the website. Finally figured out how it SHOULD work.Regardless, it doesn't turn on, despite trying different outlets or restarting the power button and now it's outside the timeframe of returning it for a refund! The more important fact is that in order to warm the seat, you'd have to keep the lid down and leave it on prior to use, which defeats its whole purpose of being warm BEFORE you sit down. Do they think you're going to leave this on all the time? This product is not a solution for warming the seat.

Ahhhh!
Finally no fear of sitting down and bracing for that cold. I love this! I highly recommend!

Good Seat Warmer.......Until it Stopped Working!
I purchased this product just before Christmas last year for my wife since she's been complaining about a cold seat in the morning. It arrived in good condition and was simple to install. It seemed to be a great gift idea and fit the intended purpose perfectly. That is until it stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer via email and was told that since I purchased it through Amazon, I had to contact them to get any warranty related issues resolved. I did as I was instructed and thankfully Amazon was willing to issue me a refund. Even though it was well past the return period for products. I had to "eat" the shipping costs to return it, so I didn't get a full refund. I do understand that products sold through Amazon should be returned to them if it falls within their return period. However, for something such as this I would think the manufacturer would step up and offer to replace at no cost as part of the manufacturer's warranty. Especially since it was well after the Amazon return period had expired. If Amazon hadn't taken care of this issue, I would have a seat warmer that didn't work and no way to get it replaced without having to purchase another one. THANK YOU Amazon for your great customer service. I will continue to be an Amazon customer! A Zimple Zolutionz customer....not so much!

Awesome!
I bought it for my outdoor porta potty at the barn because when it’s below -10 takes a lot of willpower to put your butt on the toilet seat and this is made life so much easier. It’s great!!

Cheap Rubbish
Works on 120 voltage no not suitable for use on UK electricity supply, probably dangerous. Cheap construction.

Living in northern Canada I hated using the bathroom with the cold seat
Living in northern Canada I hated using the bathroom with the cold seat, both during the day but particularly at night. It was easy to install for this 75 year old female and works wonderfully. I purchased this for $85 from amazon.ca but noticed the price is now astronomical from a supplier at $145. While I felt $85 was reasonable, I would definitely not pay $145 for a few pieces of plastic and wire and would instead purchase a more permanent type heated seat like Brondell for a slightly higher price. Will reiterate - the Toastie Tush is a wonderful product but not for $145.

Turns off randomly
Does a great job but randomly turns off. Easily resets but disappointing when you’re expecting it to be warm
