The amount of seeds equals a volume of a bit over 50ml. However, there is a small quantity of other seeds among the cress seeds that you need to pick out.

I ordered these as part of Home Learning project which the Little Woman's class are doing on vegetables this term. I'm a total plant killer so please believe me when I say this is foolproof. Empty yoghurt pot, dampened cotton wool, sprinkled some seeds on......and voila! CRESS in 4-5 days. You get excellent value as we now have most of a packet left so if you're buying these, you can absolutely share them around. Have fun!

Fast growing, lovely flavour. Added to salads for a peppery taste. Seeds wont last long though, am planting every week as takes 2 weeks to get to cutting length

Didn’t actually manage to grow any cress…But that may have just been me!

I've had, in the past, the misfortune to but cress seeds which did not germinate and grow. However, these are perfect, and develop very quickly.
