If taken at night before bed they did relax me a bit. The taste is not bad at all. The smell isn’t bad and are great for digestion. They may be a bit more expensive than store bought but they do everything they say they do and my doctor actually recommended them. You must adjust your dose if 3 tablets are too much for your digestive tract. I started with three and they work so well but I realized too well. I now take two before bed. If I take three you can bet a bathroom break will greet me in the morning or after morning coffee lol!

These help me feel relaxed and help me get quality sleep. However sometime I do feel groggy in the morning.

Good but just prefer the magnesium complex. Was the only chewable in my vitamin routine and I had to take it last. Taste is fine but easier to take as a capsule with my handful of vitamin k, d3 and beef organs

These gummies have been the only magnesium supplement I’ve been able to take regularly. I can’t stomach normal pills and the powders are all strongly flavored, so this has been my go to. Has helped with sleep quality and I can tell my magnesium levels have improved in my bloodwork. 10/10 recommend!

These gummies are very tasty and do the job.

These work for improved sleep and relaxation and also help me get less heart palpitations in perimenopause. I look forward to the blueberry lavender flavor. Only problem is sometimes they don’t taste very fresh/ they are kind of stale but the BB date says it should be fresh.

These are a good flavor & easy to take. Need to take 3 at a time so they don’t last long.
