Tastes a little weird but has definitely helped improve and balance my mood. Single-handedly keeping me alive right now lol.

i like the taste, they kinda taste like a berry liquorice. i will say i can definitely tell a difference after day 3 ld taking them. overall calm you down. i would like to mention tho i feel the effects wear off about 6 ish hours later and i can feel my anxiety pick up again a little bit. but they are very good value for what they are. they are not sticky or too hard they are just a good soft gummy and so far i like them. ive been taking for 1 week.

I normally would not write a review this early into using a product. And, I will come back to update when I have given it enough time to see if it works or not, or at least if I see any noticable changes with taking this supplement. I see so many reviews on taste which is not an indicator in how the product works or not. These do NOT taste good. Are they horrendous? NO! But they are not tasty. I do not get gummy supplements for their taste, but for the ease of taking them. I have a hard time swallowing pills so having something to chew, makes it more likely that I will stick to them consistently, and take them every day. If the taste of these bother you, you can drink a little something or eat a little something to offset the taste. Honestly though, it is about the product doing what it is supposed to. I will return and update after I finish this bottle.UPDATE: October 19,2023- I just finished my first bottle and I did order another that is arriving today. I am not sure if there is any benefit at all. I have an immense amount of stress in my life, and I do not sleep well. Both of these negatives have not improved. I am extra tired during the day but that can be due to the lousy sleep, and lack of sleep I am getting. One note though is that I have been having daily, continuous headaches that seem to last most of the day, for the past several weeks. I am going to not take this supplement for a few days to see if my headache abates. I hope it has nothing to do with this supplement but I will have to assume it is, if they go away. One huge note is that you can't argue with the price and I do hope it stays reasonable as it makes it much more likely for me to purchase.

Helped my mood a little but the gummies have a bad taste

I have purchased Amazon gummies and others for many years. This is by far the nastiest tasting one I have ever tried. I spit it out and tossed the bottle. Checked customer service and got a refund. Easy to chew, probably easy to swallow but since it spit it out I can't say.

I have tried several ashwagandha pills, teas, and gummies, THIS one is the only one I can actually feel a real difference using. I also have a sensitive stomach so I appreciate the gummy format because it is gentle. The taste is also good, it is not overly sweetened. I also like the texture, it is not super chewy like a gummy bear, it is easy to take quickly. It feels like it calms me and it helps keep my neck and shoulder muscles from tensing.

Not really sure what I was expecting it to do but I felt no different. Also it only had a shelf life of a month before it expired
