The 24” Eizo ColorEdge CG2420 monitor supplied by Amazon UK is European sourced, and while the set-up instruction leaflet is in English, the power cord supplied is a 2pin continental, so you’ll need to buy one with a 13 amp UK plug attached. I queried this with Amazon, but never received a reply. I did a live chat session, but all the person I conversed with wanted to do, was to help me return it for a refund - something I was quite capable of doing myself, if I’d wanted to. All we seemed to do was go round in circles so I suggested he take up the matter with his online manager, and email me - that was on 13 August - I'm I’m still awaiting his reply. The monitor comes with with DisplayPort, USB 2 and HDMI cables and while there is a DVI port, Ezio don’t provide a cable so this too has to be purchased as an optional extra, which is tantamount to penny pinching on a monitor in this price range. There are a few more options in the Menu settings [e.g. noise reduction] i.e. if you choose to use the HDMI cable. The User's Manual and the Color Navigator 7 software have to be downloaded from the website. Well worth looking at the Manuals prior to purchase. The monitor comes with an excellent easy to fit light hood, but if you plan to use Color Navigator 7 then it has to be removed as regrettably there's no access provided in the top to allow a USB cable attached to the 3rd party sensor to pass through, which to mind defeats the object of the exercise!Whilst I'm familiar with the brand [this is my second 24” Eizo monitor] I had several queries about the set up and and the relationship between self calibration and Color Navigator 7. I emailed Ezio Customer Support. several times but never received either and acknowledgment or the courtesy of a reply. Caveat emptor - Let the buyer beware!
