Best purchase ever
This thing is amazing. My rental unit has a back room that's not insulated and living in northern Maine that was definitely an issue. This thing has kept out the cold better than I could have imagined. One night it was 22Β° in that room and when you step through the curtain it was 72Β°. This has saved me so much money on Heating fuel. It was easy to put up and easy to take down and put away for the following year. This is my second winter using it. It's not necessarily attractive but it does have built-in windows that allow light to come through. I can't say enough good things about this.

Thermal curtains
They keep the cold air out in the winter and Heat out in the summer. I would buy again

Amazing!
Added this to my back door during winter to help with drafting with doggie. Thick material that is sturdy, well made. Adhesive is strong but we used staples to keep in place since our dogs kept trying to go through sides instead of middle & that works nicely. Definitely recommend.

Excellent Door Curtain Horror Story installation
Couldn't be happier with this insulated door curtain. The padding not only insulates but creates a surprisingly effective sound barrier as well. I'd estimate at least a 40 percent volume difference after installing the curtain from before. It's also very attractive and have tie backs so you can roll each part to the side for easy entrance/exit. I couldn't be happier with how well constructed and effective it is, and would definitely buy another if/when the time comes.Things to be aware of, however. Installation is a nightmare. Despite following the directions to the letter...cleaning the paneling and making certain it was dry and residue free before installation, the adhesive lasted all of a few hours. When humidity set in, and it began to sweat...down it came.. and down it stayed. To the manufacturers credit, there are a generous amount of thumb tacks to reenforce the adhesive, but they were less than helpful piercing through my metal framing. Instead i drilled small holes through and secured it by adding washers so the screw bolts wouldn't tear through the fabric. Alot more permanent of an installation than I'd planned, but it serves its purpose well. very well

No door no problemπ₯°
The media could not be loaded. I love this so muchπ its easy to install, the magnet stays closed and automatically closes, it all just fits so perfectly.

Substandard quality
The left side was 1β longer than the other. Tabs were completely off and did not match up to hold curtains back. Disappointed with craftsmanship. Curtain did keep it warmer during cold spells. Adhesive & Velcro with added tacks did work well. Magnets in center work well. Simple to install.

Does the job
Our apartment is in a very old and poorly insulated house, and the air coming up from the front staircase is the same temperature as the air outside. We had hung a thick curtain in the open doorway, but it wasn't enough on the really cold days. I figured I'd give this a try, and I'm glad I did. Installation took all of about ten minutes, and the magnetic closure really works surprisingly well. As for the insulation, well walking through the thing, there's a difference of about 10-15 degrees, more on the coldest days, so obviously it works. I have to say it isn't the most attractive thing in the world, it basically looks like a packing blanket hung in the doorway, but it has a matte surface, so it isn't that noticeable, and as I said it really works so I'll take the somewhat "industrial" appearance and be happy. Overall I would definitely recommend this if you have a truly drafty doorway.

Amazon sent me a used item
I bought a replacement because my puppy shredded my first purchase. The one Amazon sent me was used: Velcro and tacks attached. Very disappointed.ββββββββββββββββββββββ-I loved this product! Went up easily and stayed stuck very strong. Closed very tightly keeping weather and bugs out no problem. However my puppy ripped it to shreds, so keep in mind itβs not puppy proof.
