The book does not offer fingering for the more advanced scales which I thought it might.

Provides the scales. A cd/link to practice would be good

I didn't dislike anything about the book. It could have been improved by having more of the same, but that's hardly a drawback because anyone using this book can expand the material by doing the given exercises in more keys.

This is a scale book that will last until Grade 8.My daughter had to get this for her lessons and for practising scales for Trinity Violin Music exams.

Amazing having everything from Initial to Grade 8 all in one book. This is also clearer than the previous edition (till 2015).
