I have two.
If you snore, have Gerd or neck issues, this is the bed wedge for you. it is not too high, has a non-slip bottom and for me provides a firm foundation. I actually use it with a orthopedic pillow. I have bought it twice so that I have one at home and one at our vacation home.

Stopped snoring in its tracks
Immediately stopped my somewhat severe snoring the first night. It's been four months and I haven't snored since, except on nights away when I didn't have this pillow with me. Simple, inexpensive solution worth trying.

Good to improve breathing while sleeping!
I'm overweight...I'm working on it, but sleeping at an incline helps my breathing at night. This wedge pillow is really nice. It's wide, not inclined at too sharp of an angle, the memory foam is comfortable, and it's not too heavy. It has a pocket on the side that I never use, but it's nice that it's there. Also, it doesn't slide back on the bed that much. Overall, I'm pretty happy with this wedge pillow.

Cozy and Practical for Pregnancy and C-Section Recovery

Resolved Gerd and neck pain.
Happy with this wedge. Well made and resolved my neck pain from using 2 regular pillows and helped with Gerd.

Better sleep!
This foam wedge is helping me sleep better. Reduced nasal congestion upon awakening. No smell detected, but I did put the item in a closet for a few days before using it so it could expand and out-gas if needed. Of course, using the wedge means sleeping on one's back. I usually do that anyway, but sometimes switch to side-sleeping. In that case, the wedge is put aside.

Return requires box and/or original packaging of a product which expands 3x
My ENT physician had recommended elevating my head during sleep and I chose to try this pillow vs the full-bed version which goes under the mattress. I sleep on my side or stomach and this pillow was too much of an angle to be comfortable the entire night. I tried it for 3 nights and usually tossed it out of bed around 3am. If you sleep on your back, it might work better. Pillow expanded within 24 hrs; no smell; good quality foam was firm but not hard.BE CAUTIOUS OF FREE RETURN. To return to Kohl's, the original manufacturer's wrapping was required. This pillow arrived compressed and expanded to about 3x shipping size. No way it would go back in the wrapping. All other return options require a box. To buy a box large enough would cost about 1/2 of the original price.
