I really haven't had my ice pack long enough to to give a 110% rating --so to speak--but after having arranged it on my elbow--a bit tricky on your own-- it was comfortable and pleasant to wear---the cooling effect lasts just long enough--in my opinion-- before putting it back in the freezer for the following treatment. I am not in pain--at the moment-- with the problem I have. but for the reasonable price it sells for. I would recommend giving it a try!

Bought this as I have plantar fasciitis in my foot, so icing my foot is a must to help with the inflammation, it is so easy to use and holds it in place.

I have been using for 6weeks and obtaining relief on painful knee. Today noticed the ice pack at room temperature was wet. Examined and found the liquid held within the ice pack was seeping out of the seams .Disappointed that this item only lasted for approximately 6 weeks before becoming unusable

This ice pack knee strap is brilliant! I have brious ice packs but have always struggled to keep them in place effectively.This one fits perfectly around my knee snugly and doesn’t slip off.Really glad I bought it.
